The organic vineyards of Chateau Coupe-Roses are at the highest altitude in Minervois, where cool nights and moderate temperatures allow grapes to ripen slowly, developing great acidity and plenty of flavour.
This is a fruity and yet spicy red wine – nice and soft on the finish.
