Description
As Petite Sirah it is almost black in colour but vibrant & fresh. The nose has ripe black fruits and Oak ageing gives rich creamy caramel & maple syrup scents, If you concentrate, with a waft of smoke.
Dense & viscous, the flavours pack a punch without overpowering.
They say it “Matches very well with a medium-rare beef burger topped with blue cheese” but I’d drink it with anything meaty.
